1 hour long coaching session/guided cold plunge

What to Expect on the Day:
You'll be welcomed into our peaceful space and introduced to our layout. Your session will begin with a grounding conversation and guided coaching, helping you uncover new insights. Then, you’ll transition into the sauna where the real work begins, triggering a deep mind-body connection. After that, you will immediately enter the cold plunge, where you’ll be supported through breathwork and mindfulness techniques. This will help you embrace the experience fully as your body creates alchemy through emotional and physical alignment. You'll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and with a renewed perspective.
Preparation Required:
Wear or bring a swimsuit and a towel.
Hydrate well and avoid heavy meals at least an hour before.
Come with an open mind, ready for introspection and shifts in perspective.

What to Expect on the Day:
Upon check in at 3pm, you’ll be welcomed into our serene space and given a tour of the grounds. The evening begins with a guided coaching session to deepen your awareness and realign with your best self. A transformative cold plunge experience follows, designed to help you integrate new insights. The rest of the night is yours to reflect, rest, and embrace the stillness of your surroundings. Wake up refreshed, with a renewed sense of clarity and alignment.(Check out is at 11am)
Preparation Required:
Bring comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, and a journal for reflection.
Set an intention for your stay—what shifts do you hope to experience?
Hydrate well before arriving, and be ready to disconnect from digital distractions.
UNPLUG & RELAX
PACKAGE 3
Overnight stay with amenities (Access to sauna and plunge, Self-Guided, No Coaching)
What to Expect on the Day:
Upon arrival(check in at 3pm), you’ll be guided to your private space and given an overview of the amenities available to you. This is a fully self-led experience, allowing you to move at your own pace—whether that’s soaking in the sauna, taking a meditative cold plunge, or simply resting in the tranquil surroundings. Expect to leave feeling deeply rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of self and a soothed nervous system.(Check out is at 11am)

Bring comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, and a towel.
